Q 1: What do I do if I forgot the password of my account?

A 1: You can click the “Forgot your password? 忘記密碼?” button on “Login 登入” page, you need to enter the registered email on “Reset your password 重設密碼” page then click “Submit提交”. The system will send a reset password email to your email address automatically, you can follow the instruction to reset your password. 

Q 2: When will I receive the product(s) after my order is confirmed and paid?

A 2: We will process your order immediately after receiving your payment which to ensure the product(s) can be sent out within 3 working days, but the delivery time will be affected by delivery destination and delivery method.  In normal situation, you can receive the product(s) within 3 to 7 working days (Working days is defined Hong Kong time from Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays). 

Q 3: What do I do if I cannot receive the product(s) after 7 working days?

A 3: If you cannot receive the product(s) after 7 working days, please visit the website “Contact Us聯絡我們” page and submit the enquiry form about your question or contact our customer service department by email cs-online@manis.com.hk for the arrangement. Remote areas and severe weather (under the issuance of No.8 Gale or Storm Signal or Black Rainstorm Signal) will affect the delivery time, please contact our customer service department if you have any questions. 

Q 4: What do I do If the product item(s) is incorrect, missing or defective?

A 4: If your item has a defect or has been delivered wrongly, please visit the website “Contact Us聯絡我們” page and submit the enquiry form about your problems or contact our customer service department by email cs-online@manis.com.hk within 7 days. Returned product(s) should be with full packaging, receipt and premium (if applicable). Please be noted that all products purchased from online shop cannot be exchanged or refunded in Manis retail counters or shops. 

Q 5: Which payment method do we accept?

A 5: As present, Manis online shop only accepts bank transfer and Paypal, you can use different credit cards for settlement via Paypal. 

Q 6: How much is delivery charge and what is the related conditions?

A 6: Manis will provide flat rate delivery service to Hong Kong commercial and residential address. Extra delivery charge is applied to remote areas and will be further notice after receiving the order. All orders deliver to Hong Kong address are operated by courier company, delivery charge and time as below:

Delivery service is not available in the following areas:

Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Closed Area, Lo Wu, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island (Kat O), Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O, Lantau Island 

For the Macau orders, we will use “Charge to Receiver” payment method for the delivery service.



Q 1: 我忘記了登入密碼應該怎麼辦?

A 1: 您可以於“Login 登入”頁面按“Forgot your password? 忘記密碼?”,於“Reset your password 重設密碼”頁面輸入您登記為帳戶的電郵地址,按“Submit提交”。系統會將重新設定密碼的電郵寄到您的電子郵箱,然後你可跟隨電郵中的指示重設登入密碼。 

Q 2: 產品下單及付款後,何時可收到貨品?

A 2: 當收到您的訂單及付款後,本公司將會盡快處理包裝及付運,以確保能於3個工作天內送出相關貨品。個別貨品送抵時間仍須視乎您所選的運送目的地及送貨方式。在一般情況下,貨品將於3至7個工作天內收到 (工作天為香港時間星期一至五,當中不包括香港的公眾假期)。 

Q 3: 如果7個工作天後貨品仍未收到該怎麼處理?

A 3: 如果您已經確認下單及付款並於7個工作天後仍未收到貨品,可於網上 “Contact Us聯絡我們”頁面填寫查詢表格或電郵至cs-online@manis.com.hk與客戶服務部聯絡以便作出相關跟進。由於個別偏遠地區或天氣情況影響(當八號烈風懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時)可能需要更長的運送時間,如有任何疑問請與客戶服務部聯絡。 

Q 4: 若是收到的貨品不符、破損或故障的情況該怎麼處理?

A 4: 若您收到的貨品不符、破損或故障的情況,可於收到貨品後7天內登入網上 “Contact Us聯絡我們”頁面填寫查詢表格或電郵至cs-online@manis.com.hk與客戶服務部聯絡以便作出相關跟進及安排。更換之貨品必須保持原有包裝,收據及贈品(如適用)。所有於網上購買之貨品均不能在Manis門市作出更換或辦理退款,敬請注意。 

Q 5: Manis網上商店接受那種付款方式?

A 5: Manis網上商店目前只接受銀行轉賬及Paypal付款,您可透過Paypal使用不同信用卡支付消費金額。如有任何疑問,可於網上 “Contact Us聯絡我們”頁面填寫查詢表格或電郵至cs-online@manis.com.hk與客戶服務部聯絡。 

Q 6: Manis網上商店運送收費及相關細則?

A 6: Manis網上商店目前提供香港工商住宅劃一收費送貨服務,偏遠地區會收取附加費及於下單後另行通知,所有送往香港地區的訂單,均由快遞公司運送,收費及所需時間如下:
